Chinese banks are stepping up their lending support for private property enterprises as loans from major banks have exceeded Rmb30bn since November, with over Rmb14bn made in the past two weeks, according to Xinhua. The report also mentioned that ICBC offered nearly Rmb5bn in new loans.
