Per GGRAsia, Macau’s casino GGR reached MOP14.72bn in April 2023, up 15.6% from MOP12.74bn in March, and up 450% YoY, according to data released on Monday by the local regulator, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau. The April result was the best monthly performance since January 2020. Macau’s casino GGR stood at MOP49.36bn in the first four months to April 30, an increase of 141.4% YoY. However, the figure for April is still only 62.4% of the MOP23.6bn recorded in April 2019.
