Ownership Structure

As of 30 June 2008, Crosby Asset Management Inc. was 82.27% owned by Crosby Capital Limited ("CCL"), and approximately 37% of the issued share capital of CCL was owned by directors and employees of the company.

 

The exercise of Crosby Asset Management share options and a bond issued by CCL, exchangeable for Crosby Asset Management shares which they hold, have the potential to dilute CCL's ownership to just under 69%.

Crosby Capital Limited ("CCL" together with its subsidiaries, the "CCL Group") is an independent merchant banking and asset management group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's GEM board (HK GEM: 8088), with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom and representation in other parts of Asia.
